Terms of service

These terms cover Etche, a wedding invitation website sold by Cadby Info Tech Solutions, a proprietorship registered in India. Buying an invitation means agreeing to them.

What you are buying

One wedding invitation website for one wedding, at ₹2,999, paid once. It is not a subscription and there is nothing further to pay. You get a link you can share, a studio to edit it in, and RSVP collection.

Your invitation stays online until 12 months after your wedding date. We will write to you before anything changes, and you can delete everything yourself at any time from the studio.

What you are responsible for

• The accuracy of what you publish — names, dates, venues and times. We do not check them and cannot know if they are wrong.
• Having the right to use the photographs you upload, and the agreement of anyone in them.
• The guests whose names and phone numbers you add. They are your guests; see the privacy policy for how that works in law.
• Keeping your sign-in email secure. Anyone who can read it can edit your invitation.

What we are responsible for

Keeping your invitation online and reachable for the term above, and keeping your guest data private as described in the privacy policy. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it: this is a website on the internet, and occasional interruption for maintenance or beyond our control is possible.

Where we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses.

What we will not host

Content that is unlawful, that impersonates someone, or that infringes another person’s rights. We may remove an invitation that does, and will tell you why.

Complaints

Aravindhan, Proprietor and Grievance Officer, at startupsolutions2196@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
