Cancellation and refunds

Etche is a one-off purchase of ₹2,999. This page says plainly when you get your money back, because finding that out after paying is the wrong order.

Within 7 days, if you have not published

Email us and we will refund you in full, no reason needed. Your invitation and everything in it is deleted.

Within 7 days, if you have published

Publishing means guests may already have your link. We will still refund you in full if you ask within 7 days of paying; your invitation comes down immediately and your guest list and RSVPs are deleted with it.

After 7 days

We do not refund after 7 days. The work of hosting your invitation, your photographs and your RSVPs runs for the whole term, and it starts the day you pay.

If something is our fault

If your invitation is unusable because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund whenever that happens — the 7 days do not apply. Tell us what went wrong.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Email startupsolutions2196@gmail.com from the address you bought with. We acknowledge within 48 hours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; how quickly it appears after that is your bank’s to decide, not ours.
